Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched India’s first indigenous green hydrogen fuel cell inland waterway vessel in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. It has been designed and developed by Cochin Shipyard. The length of this ship is 24 meters and it has seating space for 50 passengers. Chidambaranar Port has become the country’s first green hydrogen hub port.

Bharti Enterprises founder and chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal has become the first Indian to be awarded an honorary knighthood by Britain’s King Charles III. This prestigious honor was given to him “for strengthening trade relations between the UK and India.” Before this, Ratan Tata, Ravi Shankar and Jamshed Irani have also received this honour.
