Learning to work with Spreadsheets

(स्प्रेडशीट का प्रयोग सीखना)

Tool used : Spreadsheet (स्प्रेडशीट) – Microsoft Excel –

Practice -5 – Solution (प्रैक्टिस 5 का हल) 

(Practice 5 – table को sound level के हिसाब से ascending order ( निम्न से उच्च क्रम ) में दर्शाना ।)

Step -1 – स्प्रेडशीट सॉफ्टवेर जैसे माइक्रोसॉफ्ट एक्सेल  में दिए गए डेटा को टाइप कर लेते है और पहली cell पर क्लिक करके Shift + arrow key (->) का उपयोग करके पूरी table को सेलेक्ट कर लेते है |

Step 2- Home tab में से sort & filter option में से Custome Sort को चुनते है |

step 3- इसमें नीचे दिए गए dialog box डिस्प्ले होता है | इसमें हम Column B (Sound Level) को चुनते है |

step 4- Order ->  Smallest to Largest  चुनते है | 

step 5- इस प्रकार हमें यह लिस्ट Sound Level के हिसाब से ascending order ( निम्न से उच्च क्रम ) आर्डर में सॉर्ट होकर मिल जाती है | 

(नोट – जिन बच्चों के पास घर पर कंप्यूटर है वे सभी ऊपर दी गयी Practice के solution के according सोल्व करने की कोशिश करें )

जिन बच्चों ने पहले के नोट्स कॉपी में नहीं किये है वे सभी आज के नोट्स के साथ नीचे दिए गए लिंक से पहले का काम भी पूरा करेंगे |
