The persons who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to offer their services for the above positions may submit their application in the prescribed application form (enclosed with this Vacancy Notice). 2. The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. If the number of applications received in response to advertisement is large, TDB may restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit through a shortlisting process based on a well-defined criterion which may include possessing of qualifications and / or experience prescribed in the advertisement and/or qualifications / experience in a particular field as per the specific requirement of the organization. 3. TDB may prepare a waitlist panel which will remain valid for one (01) year from the date of approval of the panel. The panel can be used to fill up vacancy arising as notified in this advertisement as well as additional vacancy arising subsequently due to any other reasons in TDB till the date of validity of the panel. 4. No correspondence will be entertained from candidates who are not shortlisted. 5. The eligible / shortlisted candidates will be called for interview before the duly constituted Selection Committee for the purpose. The scheduled date and time of interview shall be intimated to the shortlisted candidates through e-mail only. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification of candidature. 6. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the interview. 7. The cut-off date for determining upper age limit & requisite experience for all candidates shall be 01st January, 2024. 8. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection, which may be detected at any stage, even after issue of appointment letter, TDB reserves the right to modify / cancel / withdraw any communication made to the candidates. 9.
