1. Aptitude – The Aptitude section of the GATE exam consists of Mathematics, General Awareness, and Reasoning.

Eligibility Criteria for CIL Exam

For instance, if you belong to SC and ST category, CIL offers an age relaxation of 5 years. Selection Process for CIL Recruitment

The selection process for CIL management trainee position includes two written tests conducted by CIL. After clearing the written test, candidates are called in for an interview round. Only if you clear the interview, you will get a recruitment with CIL.

However, the selection process for an engineering-level position is a bit difficult. After clearing the GATE exam, CIL shortlists the candidates and then only calls the qualified individuals for group discussion and interview rounds.
