Instructions
1. The minimum age under Young Professional-I will be 21 years and maximum 45 years with acze relaxation for SC/ST/PH & OBC Candidates as per rules. 1. The above position is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially for a period of 12 months, which may be extended upto 2 years. The candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute. 2. The interview of eligible candidates will be held on 28/08/2023. Interested candidate should report at 09:30 AM in the Chamber of Incharge, Seed Production Unit, IARI. New Delhi-110012. No candidate will be allowed for interview after 11:30 AM. 3. The candidate will have to bring a copy of bio-data, original certificates, self-attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and copy of recent photograph. The originals are essentially to be brought while attending the interview, failing which candidate will not to be allowed to attend the interview. 4. Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interview. 5. No TA / DA will be paid for attending the interview. 6. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination. 7. The candidates are required to submit the application at the time of interview in the format annexed along with a declaration. The candidate intending to appear for interview, if any of his near or distant relative is an employee of ICAR/IARI, has to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in writing in advance so as to reach Incharge, Seed Production Unit, IAR1, New Delhi-110012. - National Innovations in Climate Resilient Agriculture (NICRA)
- DST-National Mission for Sustaining Himalayan Ecosystems (NMSHE)-TF-Agriculture project
- NASF Project entitled, “Developing precision nutrient management protocols for rice-wheat and rice-maize systems in Indo-Gangetic plains”

- Age limit: Minimum age is 21 years and Maximum age is 45 years as on the date of interview (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST/Women and three years for OBC) for Young Professional-II.
- The above post is purely temporary, time-bound, and co-terminus with the project. Appointment will be offered for a period of one year and extendable subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate after evaluation, based on the progress and fund availability. The extension will be governed as per ICAR OM No.F.No.Agril.Edn.1-06/2020-A&P dated 04.12.2020.
- The selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointments either at this Institute or in ICAR as the position is co-terminus with the project. Non‐maintenance of the discipline and failure to perform the assigned duties will make the YP-II liable for termination during the appointment period as per ICAR rules.
- The interview of eligible candidates will be held according to the schedule given above.
- The candidates will have to compulsorily submit the filled-in application form (as per the format annexed) and one set of the self-attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and an attested/self-attested recent passport size photograph pasted on the application form. All the original certificates from matriculation onwards, date of birth certificate, NET/equivalent certificate, degree certificate either original or provisional must be submitted for verification and will be returned. Proof of experience and publications also need to be submitted.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- The income tax or other tax will be deducted at source as per the prevailing rules.
- Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination of such candidatures.
- The candidate intending to attend the interview, if any of his/her near or distant relatives is an employee of the ICAR/IARI, has to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in advance in writing so as to reach the Division of Vegetable Science, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi through e-mail amishsureja@gmail.com on or before 17th January 2023 (5.30 pm). If on the date of the interview such declaration is furnished and found that his relative is an employee of ICAR/IARI, such candidates will not be allowed for an interview.
- All the other candidates are also required to compulsorily furnish the declaration duly signed and submitted on the date of the interview.
- The candidates have to strictly submit the form annexed (typed/filled) duly signed and submit on the date of the interview.

संस्थान कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान ( कृषि ), जो पांच विभागों मैं था, कृषि, पशु प्रजनन , रसायन विज्ञान, वनस्पति विज्ञान और आर्थिक मिकॉलजी के साथ कार्य के रूप में जाना जाता था। जीवाणु इकाई 1907 में जोड़ा गया है
