The three basic Ideals- Creativity, Integrity, and Inclusivity

The largest batch in the history of the institution, with such a diverse mix of genders, was welcomed by Professor Mahadeo Jaiswal, Director of IIM Sambalpur, who shared his thoughts. “The three basic ideals of creativity, integrity, and inclusivity, which are based on the teachings of the Hindu deities Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh, are what we emphasise at IIM Sambalpur.

The IIM Sambalpur logo’s three lines show the three Is as a well-known Sambalpuri handloom pattern. If these three fundamental principles are prioritised, Indian B-schools could rise to the top of the world. In the future, I think that these ideals will make a difference in how the new group of students learns. In the future, I hope that the students’ transforming educational experience will have a greater social influence.”

Motivation By Dignitaries

Deloitte partner Swati Agrawal discussed the management concept of IPL, which she defined as Impact, Purpose, and Leadership. “Impact represents the contribution you give to society; purpose represents your inner motivation; and leadership, which is about having a clear vision, showing empathy for others, and motivating others.

Failures and friendships are two Fs that are equally significant. Secondarily, students will need to learn how to maintain friendships after failing. Create as many relationships as you can. They will serve as your sources of support in the future. Be genuine.” she said.

President of Vedanta Ltd. Tapan Kumar Chand discussed the value of moral leadership. He talked to students about his work experiences and the value of moral leadership in a variety

of settings. He emphasised the importance of making focused efforts in order to achieve outstanding achievements.
