IIT Roorkee, Imarticus Learning Introduces HR Management and Analytics Certificate Programme

HR practitioners can use statistical methodologies, analytical tools like Excel and Python, and machine learning algorithms to spot patterns, improve processes, and drive improved employee engagement and retention. Specialists in this industry can harness machine learning and statistics for HR insights and evaluate data that is quantitative as well as qualitative when making judgments by using tools like Excel and Python for HR data analysis.
