JSSC JCCE 2023 Age Criteria

Please ensure that you meet the specified age criteria according to your category while applying for JSSC JCCE 2023. For further details and updates, refer to the official JSSC website or stay tuned to our platform.

1. Designation: Constable, Home, Jail, and Disaster Management Department
   • Minimum Age Limit: 18 years
   • Maximum Age Limits:
     • Unreserved and Economically Weaker Sections: 25 years
     • Extremely Backward Class (Schedule-1) and Backward Class (Schedule-2) [Male]: 27 years
     • Woman [Unreserved, Economically Weaker Section, Extremely Backward Class (Schedule-1), and Backward Class (Schedule-2)]: 28 years
     • Scheduled Tribe/Scheduled Caste (Male and Female): 30 years
2. Additional Information: Ex-servicemen will be granted an additional relaxation of five years in the upper age limit. The Commission will require a certificate confirming ex-serviceman status, which is mandatory for submission during the application process.

Note: Other physical structure evaluations include Bent Knee, Sagittal Foot, Flat Foot, Spinal Vein, Improper Movement of Fingers, Visual Defect, Color Blindness/Night Blindness, Hearing, Stammering, and Bericocele/Hydrocele. Medical examination will also cover piles and any communicable physical/mental diseases.

Candidates are subject to these specific height and chest measurements based on their respective reservation categories. Additionally, various physical evaluations and medical examinations will be conducted as part of the assessment process.
