PM Modi gives over 70,000 appointment letters to new recruits at Rozgar Mela

Under PM Modi’s employment programme, Rozgar Mela, over 70,000 appointment letters were issued on Saturday to newly hired individuals in various government ministries.

Through a video conference, the prime minister joined the occasion. According to the information, representatives from 44 different cities across India attended the Rozgar Mela. PM Modi posted from his official Twitter account that the Rozgar Mela is an effort to empower and promote youth participation in the advancement of the country. According to what he wrote in a tweet, “Rozgar Mela is an attempt to empower the youth and encourage their active engagement in the nation’s progress.”

The new hires, who were chosen from across the nation, will join the government in a number of Ministries/Departments, including, among others, the Ministries of Revenue, Financial Services, Posts, School Education, Higher Education, Ministry of Defence, Health and Family Welfare, Central Public Sector Undertakings, Water Resources, Personnel & Training, and Home Affairs.
